How we work together
You don't need to know anything about websites. We guide you through six clear steps, and you decide at every moment. An average project takes three to six weeks, counting from the moment we have your material.
- Day 0
First contact
You send an email, fill in the form or call. The name of your business and your municipality are enough for us. Within one business day we let you know we're on it.
- Days 1–2
Free proposal within 48 hours
We look at your business, your current website if you have one, your Google profile and your social media. You receive a design of your new homepage, three concrete points for improvement and a fixed price. No obligation.
- Week 1
Meeting and quote
A half-hour conversation, at your premises in the province of Antwerp or online. We go through the proposal, the package and the schedule. Then comes the quote; with your approval and the 40% deposit, we start.
- Weeks 1–2
Gathering material
You receive a short checklist (below). We help where needed: rewriting text, arranging a photographer, transferring your domain name and email. The sooner the material is there, the sooner the site.
- Weeks 2–5
Design and build
First the homepage for approval, then the rest. You review everything on a test address and give feedback in fixed revision rounds (1, 2 or 3 depending on the package). Meanwhile we work on speed, findability and accessibility.
- Weeks 3–6
Launch and aftercare
Your website goes live on your domain name. You get a short explanation (recorded on video) to edit text yourself, and the invoice for the remaining 60%. We fix errors free of charge for 30 days. After that: maintenance plan or hosting only, your choice.
What we need from you
Don't worry if you don't have everything. Whatever is missing, we sort out together.
- Your logoAs a file (preferably .svg, .ai or .pdf; a high-quality .png also works). No logo? We create a simple wordmark version or a mini brand identity.
- TextA few sentences per topic is enough: who you are, what you do, for whom, and what makes you different. We rewrite it. With Premium we write everything after a conversation.
- PhotosReal photos of your business, your work and yourself. From your phone is fine, if they're sharp. No photos? We arrange a photographer from the region.
- Business detailsCompany number, address, phone, email, opening hours, social media.
- Access to your domain nameIf you already have a domain name: the login of your registrar (Combell, one.com, …) or just the name of the provider, and we request the transfer.
- Reference sitesTwo or three websites you like, also from outside your sector. That helps us understand your taste.
