Frequently asked questions
What does a website cost at Vitrinet?
A website costs €890 (Start), €1,690 (Pro) or €2,990 (Premium), excluding VAT and with domain name and hosting included for the first year. You know the price in advance and it doesn't change along the way, unless you choose extra options yourself.
How long until my website is ready?
A Start website is ready in about two weeks, a Pro website in three to four weeks and a Premium website in four to six weeks, counting from the moment we have your text, photos and logo.
Do I have to supply the text and photos myself?
You can, but you don't have to. For Start and Pro we help you with a simple checklist and rewrite the text you supply. For Premium we write the copy ourselves based on a conversation, and arrange a photographer if you wish (photographer billed separately).
Can I make changes myself later?
Yes. We deliver a website you can update yourself, and we show you how. Rather not deal with it? Then we make small changes as part of the maintenance plan at €29 per month.
I already have a domain name. Can I keep it?
Of course. Your domain name stays yours; we transfer it or connect it to the new website. If you don't have one yet, we register it in your name.
What happens after launch?
For the first 30 days we fix any errors free of charge. After that you choose: the maintenance plan (hosting, updates, backups and small changes for €29 per month) or hosting only.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
If you're not convinced after the first design round, we stop and you get your deposit back. That's our satisfaction guarantee, and it's written into our terms and conditions.
Do you also work outside the province of Antwerp?
Yes, throughout Flanders and Brussels. We're happy to visit you in the province of Antwerp; further away we usually work online, which works just as smoothly.
Do the prices include VAT?
Our prices exclude 21% VAT, because we mainly work for businesses. If you're a private individual or an association, the quote states the total amount including VAT.
