Demo — fictional example
Kapsalon Lore & Co
- The situation
- A busy salon with loyal customers, but online only a Facebook page. New customers couldn't find the opening hours and called during haircuts to make an appointment.
- Our approach
- A warm, calm website with the price list, the team and an online booking module linked to the existing diary. Photos of the real salon, no stock images.
- What it delivers (fictional scenario)
- Bookings also come in during the evening, the phone rings less during work and the price list is finally in one place.

Installaties Peeters-Van Dyck
- The situation
- A website from 2012, unreadable on a phone, with a contact form that hadn't forwarded anything for months. Meanwhile the business had grown into heat pumps and solar panels, but that wasn't mentioned anywhere.
- Our approach
- Complete rebuild with a page per service (heating, plumbing, heat pumps, solar panels), a quote form that actually works and a section on grants and certificates. Old addresses redirect to the new pages.
- What it delivers (fictional scenario)
- Quote requests arrive neatly by email, the site loads in under a second and customers find the right service immediately.

Brasserie 't Lindeke
- The situation
- The menu was a photo on Facebook, the opening hours were out of date and booking was only possible by phone. Tourists and French-speaking visitors gave up.
- Our approach
- A website in Dutch and French with a readable menu the owner updates himself, a booking module and photos of the place on a summer evening. Google Business Profile fully set up.
- What it delivers (fictional scenario)
- Bookings come in without phone calls, the menu is always current and the brasserie appears at the top for 'brasserie Mortsel'.

Garage Verstraeten
- The situation
- An independent garage with plenty of word-of-mouth, but no online presence at all. Anyone searching 'garage Boechout' only found the competition.
- Our approach
- One strong page: services, brands, opening hours, a button to call and a simple form to schedule a service. Google Business Profile created and linked.
- What it delivers (fictional scenario)
- Within the budget of a Start package, the garage is findable on Google Maps and customers can request an appointment without calling.

Tuinen De Groene Vinger
- The situation
- Beautiful work, but the photos were scattered across the owner's phone. The old site showed three blurry images and an 'under construction' page.
- Our approach
- A portfolio website where the work takes centre stage: large photos per project, a short explanation per garden and a clear form for a no-obligation site visit. Photographer arranged for three reference gardens.
- What it delivers (fictional scenario)
- The website does what the owner otherwise has to do on site: show the work. Requests come from customers who are already convinced.

Schrijnwerkerij Houtwerk Claes
- The situation
- A Flash website from 2009 that no longer opened in any modern browser. Customers thought the business had closed.
- Our approach
- New website around the three specialities (windows and doors, fitted wardrobes, renovation), with a portfolio page, the guarantees and certificates, and copy that explains why made-to-measure makes the difference.
- What it delivers (fictional scenario)
- The business exists online again. Anyone searching 'joiner Lint' finds a site that works on every device, with the work of the last fifteen years.
